Screenshot Capture Guide — inForm Safety Module

Capture Instructions

All live captures need to come from the inForm Safety portal (accessed through the PrePass customer portal under Reports). Use a demo or test account with realistic data if possible — we need populated dashboards, not empty states.

Resolution: Capture at 1920×1080 minimum. Use full-page screenshots where possible. Annotate key areas with numbered callouts after capture.

Naming convention: inForm_[number]_[description].png (e.g., inForm_01_portal_nav.png)

Save to: inForm Safety/inForm_captures/

Company Snapshot Dashboard

What to Capture

Full Company Snapshot view — the main dashboard a carrier sees after selecting a DOT. This is the most important capture for the module.

Key Elements

ISS Score panel with last-updated date
Fleet Summary panel (vehicles, drivers, inspections, OOS rates)
Inspections Summary (total inspections, violations, OOS events over 24 months)
CSA BASICs bar chart showing all seven categories
24-month trending pie chart (severity time weight)

Note If the full snapshot doesn't fit in one screen, take two captures — one for the top panels (ISS, Fleet, Inspections) and one for the BASICs chart and trending view. We can stitch or use as separate slides.

CSA BASICs Bar Chart (Close-Up)

Close-up of the BASICs bar chart from the live portal, showing all seven categories with actual data populated. This supplements the marketing PDF version with a real portal view.

Fallback If live capture isn't possible, the BASICs bar chart from InformSAFETY.pdf can be used as a fallback. It's marketing-quality but not portal-accurate.

The geographic heat map view showing color-coded violation intensity. Ideally at the national or multi-state level so the color coding is visible and impactful.
