Capture Instructions

All live captures need to come from the inForm Safety portal (accessed through the PrePass customer portal under Reports). Use a demo or test account with realistic data if possible — we need populated dashboards, not empty states.

Resolution: Capture at 1920×1080 minimum. Use full-page screenshots where possible. Annotate key areas with numbered callouts after capture.

Naming convention: inForm_[number]_[description].png (e.g., inForm_01_portal_nav.png)

Live Portal Captures (Needs Access)
1
Portal Navigation — Where inForm Lives
Needs Capture
Storyboard Slide
2.1 — Dashboard Tour Intro
What to Capture
PrePass portal left navigation or top menu showing where inForm Safety sits (under Reports section, alongside INFORM Tolling and Reports Portal)
Key Elements
  • PrePass portal header / branding
  • Navigation menu with Reports section expanded
  • inForm Safety link highlighted or circled
  • Other portal sections visible for context (Equipment Management, Transponder Management)
Filename

2
Company Snapshot Dashboard
Needs Capture
Storyboard Slide
2.2 — Company Snapshot
What to Capture
Full Company Snapshot view — the main dashboard a carrier sees after selecting a DOT. This is the most important capture for the module.
Key Elements
  • ISS Score panel with last-updated date
  • Fleet Summary panel (vehicles, drivers, inspections, OOS rates)
  • Inspections Summary (total inspections, violations, OOS events over 24 months)
  • CSA BASICs bar chart showing all seven categories
  • 24-month trending pie chart (severity time weight)
Filename
inForm_02_company_snapshot.png
Note If the full snapshot doesn't fit in one screen, take two captures — one for the top panels (ISS, Fleet, Inspections) and one for the BASICs chart and trending view. We can stitch or use as separate slides.
3
CSA BASICs Bar Chart (Close-Up)
Needs Capture
Storyboard Slide
1.3 — CSA BASICs (supplement to PDF version)
What to Capture
Close-up of the BASICs bar chart from the live portal, showing all seven categories with actual data populated. This supplements the marketing PDF version with a real portal view.
Key Elements
  • All seven BASIC categories labeled
  • Bars with data populated (not empty/zeroed)
  • Any color coding or threshold indicators visible
Filename
inForm_03_basics_chart.png
Fallback If live capture isn't possible, the BASICs bar chart from InformSAFETY.pdf can be used as a fallback. It's marketing-quality but not portal-accurate.
4
Heat Map / Geographic Visualization
Needs Capture
Storyboard Slide
2.3 — Heat Maps & Geographic Visualization
What to Capture
The geographic heat map view showing color-coded violation intensity. Ideally at the national or multi-state level so the color coding is visible and impactful.
Key Elements
  • Color-coded map with violation intensity visible
  • Google Maps / satellite integration showing
  • Filter controls (date range, type, category, state) visible in sidebar or toolbar
  • Ideally showing a drill-down level (state or county) for context
Filename
inForm_04_heat_map.png
Fallback InformSAFETY.pdf contains marketing screenshots of the heat map that can be used if live capture isn't immediately available.
5
Data Insights / Details Tab
Needs Capture
Storyboard Slide
2.4 — Data Insights & Reporting
What to Capture

Key Elements
  • Inspection list table with columns visible
  • Sort controls or column headers
  • Export options (local file, XML, CSV) visible if in toolbar
  • Enough rows populated to show it's a real data view
Filename

6

Storyboard Slide
2.4 — Data Insights & Reporting
