Storyline Build Reminders

Slide 10: Save before Convert

The storyboard now highlights that agents must save the phone call record before converting to a case or they may get an error.

Slide 13: Mark Complete ×2

1st click = saves (no visible change — normal). 2nd click = closes the task and returns to case. Storyboard callout explains this to agents.

Highlight box reuse

Create one reusable highlight shape (purple border, yellow 15% fill). Duplicate & reposition per slide.

SCORM completion

Set trigger on Slide 19 timeline end. Publish as SCORM 1.2 for Cornerstone compatibility.
